[Microblog] @bhatman03 Instead 1/regulation can mandate to have a min-safety model offering and 2/insurance companies should charge a higher premium for vehicles not qualifying min-safety norm. A win-win for consumer and govt. BS6 though is undisputed. cc @pkurumbudel
